Martha is one of the few actresses of her generation nominated for numerous Tony Awards for her time on Broadway, as well as multiple Emmys, for which she won Outstanding Guest Actress in a Drama Series for The Good Wife in 2012.
Martha can currently be seen in Brad Inglesby’s HBO series Task, a follow-up to his hit Mare Of Easttown. She also recently shot Netflix’s East Of Eden with Florence Pugh, Mike Faist and Ciarán Hinds which will come out in 2026.
Martha has recently been on screen in Apple TV’s Prime Target alongside Leo Woodall, and was previously seen in the feature film Mass, with Jason Isaacs, Ann Dowd and Reed Birney, which premiered at Sundance to great reviews and then followed to similar fanfare at LFF.
Martha has also recently been seen in The Regime, alongside Kate Winslet and before this, The Man Who Fell to Earth with Chiwetel Ejiofor. She also played a lead in A Town Called Malice for Sky, as well as a series regular in Lena Dunham’s show Generation for HBO Max.
Her other recent feature, Mass, with Jason Isaacs, Ann Dowd and Reed Birney, premiered at Sundance to great reviews. Last year, following a sell-out run at The Donmar, Martha also reprised her leading role in the Olivier Award Nominated, Pulitzer Prize winning, Sweat, in the West End.
