Richard Brake plays the new regular Merle Callahan in Paramount’s Mayor of Kingstown which kicks off for an explosive third season on June 2nd. Merle joins the main cast of characters including the eponymous “Mayor”, Mike McLusky, played by Jeremy Renner.
