Hope Gap premieres at the BFI London Film Festival on Friday October 4th,
Hope Gap is William Nicholson’s second feature film, he directs Josh O’Connor, as the 28-year-old son Jamie, Annette Bening playing the mother Grace and Bill Nighy, who plays Edward the father.
Autobiographical in nature, the film tells the story of the break-up of a thirty-year marriage, with the grown son finding himself stuck in the middle.
