Ruth Negga is one of five prominent Irish figures to be named Cultural Ambassador for Ireland.
Ruth was appointed on 7th January by the Minister for Culture, Heritage and the Gaeltacht, Josepha Madigan. In a quote from Madigan’s office the role will, “see high-profile figures from Ireland’s arts and culture community promote Ireland globally as part of the Government’s Global Ireland 2025 initiative”.
